History: Hikari was born and raised in Kirigakure. She started ninja academy at age 7. and graduated at age 8. When she became a genin, she refused to be put into a ninja squad, relying on he own abilities. By the age of 11, she had attended the chuunin exams and had barely passed them due to the mercy the judges had on her for being in the exams at such a young age. By age 14, she had attended the jounin exams, but had failed the first time. Almost half a year later, she had her second try at the jounin exams, which she successfully passed after much training for them. By the time she was 16, her skills were recognized by the Mizukage and was offered to be her assistant. Hikari had gladly accepted and felt much authority and power by being the Mizukage's assistant. Hikari is also one of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, being second-in-command.
Personality: Hikari is much like a tomboy, stubborn at times too. She can also be alittle mean to others, but to her friends, she is mean in a friendly way. But when talking to children, she becomes sweet and friendly to them, the exact opposite of how she usually is.
